I ordered tickets through My Park Tickets for a 6pm show, placing the order at 4pm. The confirmation email promised delivery within 10-15 minutes, but the tickets never arrived. I showed up at the venue with my family, only to find no record of our reservation. Adding to the frustration, I couldn’t reach My Park Tickets by phone—despite Google listing their hours as open, their lines were closed. Thankfully, the venue was accommodating and let us in, taking our credit card details as a precaution in case the vouchers never arrived. Someone from My Park Tickets finally contacted me at 8:15pm, after the show had ended, and the vouchers arrived at 9pm. While it worked out in the end, the delayed communication and lack of support during a time-sensitive situation made the experience stressful and far from seamless.
